Welcome to Ready Set Go web hosting services. An Authentic Imaging LLC. This is a Legal Agreement that governs your purchase and use of our Shared hosting services. By using our service constitutes an unconditional acceptance of and agreement to Ready Set Go web hosting Terms Of Services (TOS).
Our primary goal is offer the greatest value and support to our user. In pursuit of this objective, Ready Set go hosting agrees to deliver the agreed upon services, as declared in the " Create An Account" confirmation, to our customers at the time of purchase, subject to the following Terms
Use of Ready Set Go HostingA. Prohibition of Adult Content
Subscribers of Ready Set Go Hosting services are prohibited from storing or posting adult content, or links to adult content, through the subscribed service. All material of pornographic nature is considered adult content. Online image galleries whose primary purpose is the public display of fine art or artistic mediums are not considered to be adult content.
B. Prohibition of Offensive Behavior
Racist, intolerant, "hate", defamatory, "stalking", invitations to fight, threatening or any communication of any nature that we decide, in our sole discretion, as being improper, will result in service termination without prior notice.
C. Age Requirements on Purchases
All subscribers must be of adult age in the subscribers' jurisdiction to make purchases on this site. Parents or guardians of minors may make purchases on behalf of their minor children/wards but are solely responsible for the direct supervision of their children/wards while their minors visit the site or use any of the tools or services that the site provides.
D. Legal Compliance.
Subscribers of Ready Set Go Hosting's services are prohibited from storing or posting content or links to content that infringe, or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of third parties (e.g. trademark, patent or copyright infringements).
You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Site and the Content and Materials provided therein.
Refund and Return Policy.
To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will refund you your purchase price within 30 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the product or service returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased. Please note , however, that certain products and services mentioned on our site are sold by third parties or are linked to third party Web sites, and we have no responsibility or liability for those products or services. 1. Refund and Domain Termination Policy
Ready Set Go hosting uses a Third party registrar for domain name registration. If you terminate your registration your will not be eligible for a refund.
Please submit a ticket In the event you need to terminate, please specify whether you would like to cancel your domain name only, your Web hosting plan only, or both your domain and hosting accounts. The cancellation or expiration of your domain name does not automatically terminate your hosting account (or vice versa). Your hosting account billing term automatically renews upon completion, unless you notify us you would like to cancel your account.
Transfers
Our transfers team will make every effort to help you move your site to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and we cannot make guarantees regarding the availability, possibility, or time required to complete an account transfer. Each hosting company is configured differently, and some hosting platforms save data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which may make it extremely difficult if not impossible to migrate some or all account data. We will try our best, but in some cases we may be unable to assist you in a transfer of data from an old host.

2. Bandwidth Usage
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

3. IP Ownership
All IP address assigned to our subscribers will be maintained and control by Ready Set Go Hosting. We reserve the right to change or remove any IP at our own discretion
Backup
Any shared account using more than 2000 MG of disk space will be removed from our off site weekly backup with the exception of Databases continuing to be backed up. All data will continue to be mirrored to a secondary drive which helps protect against data loss in the event of a drive failure.
Disclosure to law enforcement
Ready Set Go Hosting may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Ready Set Go Hosting harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Ready Set Go Hosting, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ready Set Go Hosting against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Ready Set Go Hosting; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Ready Set Go Hosting's server.
1. Interruption of Service
Ready Set Go Hosting not be liable for any temporary delay, outages, or interruptions of the Services as a results from any act of God or other cause beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, any mechanical, electronic, communications or third-party supplier failure).
2. Uptime Guarantee 99.99%
Uptime Guarantee
Your shared server has a physical downtime that is not within the 99.9% uptime you may receive one month of credit on your account. Approval of the credit is at the discretion of Ready Set Go Hosting dependent upon justification provided. Third party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability. The uptime of the server is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system and the Apache Web Server which may differ from the uptime reported by other individual services. To request a credit, please contact
sales@readysetgohosting.com with justification. All requests must be made in writing via email. Dedicated servers are covered by a network guarantee in which the credit is prorated for the amount of time the server is down which is not related to our uptime guarantee.

Ready Set Go Hosting shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Ready Set Go Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Ready Set Go Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Ready Set Go Hosting and its employees.
